How long does postage take?

Ready made items are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase and sometimes much sooner. As leothefox is located in Geelong Victoria, allowances for Australia Post operation during COVID-19 restrictions should be made. For custom orders, I’ll include an estimate of individual turnaround times as part of your quote. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, leothefox is unable to ship outside of Australia at this time. 

 

I have a question about one of your products, can you help?

Absolutely! I aim for you to get the best experience from my products. Use the Contact page,  or message my social pages.

 

My product is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Sure do! Just select the “Add gift wrap and card” option on the Home page to your cart, and I’ll select a totally gorgeous handmade card and wrap. Leave me your personal message and I’ll organise the wrapping etc and send directly to the recipient.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this stage, but I’m happy to discuss gifting possibilities, just contact me. 

 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and credit card. Afterpay will be available shortly. 

 

Where do I find your store?

Our store is online only, which means you get to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your own home, in your comfy pants.
